To fix this "MySQL Shutdown Unexpectedly" error please do following steps:

Stop MySQL module from xampp server
Navigate to ..\xampp\mysql directory
Copy its all contents
Paste in ..\xampp\mysql\data directory
Start MySQL module again from xampp serve, Then the error will be gone.
